MENTORING
A nurturing an safe space just for you - guided an supported
Individual mentoring is something that makes my heart leap. This is the right place for you if you want to go deep, get to know yourself anew, and discover who you are.
It’s all about you and your goals.
I’ll meet you right where you are, and from there, we’ll work together to put your goals into action.
Through direct one-on-one mentoring, I’ll energetically support and guide you to help you achieve and implement your goals. It’s designed to provide gentle nudges, daily mindfulness, and goal-oriented focus.
Energy and action always follow focus.
I offer support and guidance, and I’ll remind you of your goal whenever you lose sight of it. The implementation is entirely your responsibility. This is all about taking the leap to the next level.
Are you ready to stay committed and give it your all? Are you ready to take control of your life again?
Then you’ve come to the right place!
MENTORING
"light"
In this form of mentoring, I’ll guide you for one month with gentle prompts, channeled messages and reflective questions to support you on your individual journey.
From time to time, I’ll send you recorded meditations or clearings (short sessions to raise your energy); sometimes I’ll draw a card and share corresponding insights with you.
All of this is designed to help you engage more deeply with yourself.
Throughout the entire period, I’ll be available to answer your questions and offer a listening ear so you can share your challenges, insights, and progress. I’ll hold space for you and your transformation.
We’ll maintain an active dialogue, and we can also adjust the course during the month if something entirely different opens up for you during this time. Energy works, even when it’s very gentle.

MENTORING
"next level"
This form of mentoring takes a more active and direct approach.
It includes everything offered in Mentoring “Light”, but we also meet for additional one-on-one coaching sessions to help you achieve your goals even faster.
Here, the energy builds its own momentum, and the fire within you is ignited.
You’ll need to consciously create space to work toward your goal and set aside more time for it.
The focus here is on consciously taking on a leadership role, making deliberate decisions and harnessing your inner strength to implement all the changes necessary to achieve your goal.
