WHEN WORKING WITH ME
Right before we start the session, we talk about your intentions, the goal of the session. What do you want to have for yourself, where is this journey taking you, what do you want to change?
All answers will be like a silver lining, serving for a single session as well as a broader experience here.
For hitting the sessions off, we take some time to truly arrive in the moment. Everything that is keeping your brain occupied can leave and with some deep breaths you can already feel, your body relaxing, arriving in this space, your session.
Our body is like tuning fork, which is guiding and leading. It’s intelligence and wisdom support each and every transformation in a most unique way. It can be through breath work, touch, movement, silence and voice- each uniquely and individually expressed in the moment.
The questions I ask, are invitations to explore the body, to recognize energy blocks within. Intuitive impulses and active energy work, support you in shifting these energies, so that they can move through the body again. These shifts are very trivial for long-lasting changes in your life, so we take the time needed to truly feel the energy anchoring in your body. Sometimes this happens fast, sometimes it takes a little longer. Mainly, we focus on this shift- because it is essential. It needs to happen in the whole body- the energy needs to be felt, needs to arrive and be anchored in.
Sometimes we laugh, sometimes we cry, sometimes a tantrum is needed, sometimes it only is about being heard and seen, sometimes it is only about discharging and resetting the nervous system. There is no universally applicable formula- everything happens at the right time and pace, individually.
To close the session of, we take some moments to truly anchor and integrate the new energy, the new version of yourself and to complete the energetic work. We can either talk about the changes you experienced or close of in silence. This would be up to you.

Coaching is all about getting closer to your goal in a single session in the simplest way possible. It is tailored to your timetable, whenever you feel called to book a session to get support.
You also can purchase a package of multiple one-on-one coaching sessions, if you know you want to go deeper but need more flexibility with your schedule.
